The Comillas Bachelor's Degree in Gastronomy and Culinary Innovation is a four-year officially recognised degree taught in Madrid (MACC)which combinesgastronomy, culinary sciences, business and agronomy within asingle program. This Bachelor's Degree in gastronomy offersmultidisciplinary training to meet thenew needs of the gastronomy sector from a technical, scientific and management perspective.
It is aimed at students seeking a Bachelor's Degree in gastronomy and culinary arts with an innovative approach, focused on both culinary creation and themanagement of gastronomic projects. Unlike other programmes, this Bachelor's Degree in gastronomic sciences combines training inculinary techniques, nutrition, food technology, agri-food production, marketing and business management.
The curriculum for the Bachelor's Degree in Culinary and Gastronomic Sciences includes two specialisation pathways in the fourth year: Gastronomic Creativity and Gastronomic Management. Furthermore, it benefits from partnerships with leading international organisations such asVocento Gastronomía, elBullifoundation and Mugaritz, as well as access to conferences and work placements at leading companies in the sector. Those wishing to broaden their business profile may also take theDouble Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Gastronomy.
