Academic Procedures
Virtual Registry
Through the virtual registry and after authentication on the university's intranet, various procedures can be consulted and carried out, including: downloading the grades transcripts, checking the status of the degree request, personal data modification, online enrollment, and other personalized academic procedures.
Online Enrollment
Here, you will find all the necessary information to complete your enrollment through the online enrollment platform, accessible after logging in to the University's intranet. It is essential that you carefully review this information and follow all the steps outlined.

Monday to Friday (June, July and August): 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
The service will remain closed from 1 to 17 August, both inclusive.
Additionally, normal service will be provided from 27 to 31 July and from 18 to 24 August, both inclusive; however, during this period, in-person assistance will be available exclusively at the office located at Calle Alberto Aguilera, 23, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The service will be closed and any public holidays in the Region of Madrid as well as local holidays in the Madrid municipality.
