Mission and objectives
Our Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (Comillas ICADE) has been an outstanding reference for more than half a century in the field of undergraduate studies in Spain in the area of Business Administration and Management.
Our mission is to develop competent, conscious, critical and compassionate business leaders, to transform the world.
This mission is underpinned by a clear vision and ambition: to grow as an institution of international prestige, based on Jesuit values, offering innovative, experiential and global business education for leaders of the future.

Grants and financial aid
The University, as an institution of the Catholic Church that provides its service to society, offers scholarships and grants in various forms to its students, in order to contribute to the cost of education and to promote equal opportunities according to the individual needs of each student.
International
Comillas ICADE offers a wide range of exchange opportunities to its students all over the world. It manages student exchanges at undergraduate and postgraduate level.
Career Development
Our vision is to make a significant contribution to our students' experience by providing them with the support and resources they need to develop their full potential and achieve all their career goals. Our mission is to advise and guide them throughout the process and to build fruitful and successful relationships with and between students and companies. The Career Development Unit is a further step in our aim to offer a personalised service to our students by connecting them with their future, while offering companies the necessary support to identify the profiles that best fit their needs.
International Advisory Board
The Comillas-ICADE Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, as part of its strategy to strengthen its international presence and achieve relevant international accreditations, has set up an International Advisory Board (IAB).
This IAB, composed of international experts, seeks to reflect diversity in terms of nationality and geography, sectors, companies and other educational institutions, and involves the consolidation of the relationship between academia and the industry/service/non-profit sectors.
Its members are ideally placed to advise, guide and support the Dean and Faculty Management Team on key strategic activities and initiatives to develop quality university education and achieve an international brand.
The IAB's functions include, among others, analysing the effectiveness and value of course content and competencies, helping to identify employability skills required by labour markets, supporting and maintaining programme quality and competency standards, assessing the relevance and effectiveness of programmes in meeting the needs of business and society, periodically evaluate space, equipment and physical facilities for improvement or expansion, assist with internships and graduate placements, sponsor research projects, visiting lecturers, equipment and teaching materials, and assist in the career development of students.
It is a pleasure for the University to welcome them; we are very grateful for their generous participation in this project and look forward to working with them in the advancement of the Faculty in particular and the University in general.
