This institutional accreditation allows the centres that have obtained it to renew the accreditation of the official degrees they offer without the need to undergo the individual renewal procedure for each degree. This enables universities to autonomously guarantee the quality of their degrees and centres.

The National Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation (ANECA) has certified the implementation of the Quality Management System in various Centers of the Universidad Pontificia Comillas through the AUDIT program, with validity for the institutional accreditation of Spanish universities from any Autonomous Community
