Presentation

This IAB, composed by international experts, seeks to reflect diversity in terms of nationality and geography, sectors, firms, and other educational institutions, and involves the consolidation of the relationship between academy and industry/services/not-for-profit sectors.

Its members are ideally placed to provide advice, guidance, and support to the Dean and School Management Team on key strategic activities and initiatives, to develop quality university education and gain an international brand.

The functions of the IAB include, among others, to analyze course content and skills for effectiveness and value, to assist with identifying employability skills required by labor markets, to support and uphold program quality and competence standards, to evaluate relevance and efficacy of programs in meeting business and societal needs, to assess space, equipment, and physical facilities periodically for improvement or expansion, to assist with the provision of internships and the placement of graduates, sponsor research projects, guest lecturers, equipment, and instructional material, and to help with the development of students careers.
