Teachers of the EUEF take part in the XXIX International Meeting on Care Research
At this conference, the EUEF teaching staff presented eight papers in oral and poster format.

The San Juan de Dios-Comillas University School of Nursing and Physiotherapy (EUEF) had an outstanding presence at the XXIX International Meeting on Research in Care, an event that was held in Toledo from 12 to 14 November and which brought together more than 400 nursing professionals from different fields.
In this event, the EUEF teaching staff presented eight communications in oral and poster format, from research, doctoral theses and final degree projects.
Participation of the Bormujos campus
From the Bormujos campus, Professor Abril Tejedor presented the oral communication "Influence of the practice environment on the level of self-perceived competence in nursing students in England".
In addition, Almudena Arroyo, deputy director of this campus, presented two oral communications: "Listening to humanise: patient experiences in radiology. Initial results of the MEP-SJD project" and "Qualitative study on the experience of chronic pain and its approach with non-pharmacological therapies".
Finally, Professor Roberto Locatelli participated in this conference with the communication derived from his doctoral thesis "Culture and care. Cultural competence in undergraduate nursing students: a multicentre study".
Participation of the Paseo de la Habana campus
The Paseo de la Habana campus was represented at the conference by lecturers Laura Visiers, Tamara Suquet, Mónica Cerezo and graduate student Sylvain Marcel .
Professor Laura Visiers participated with the paper "Beyond boundaries: Internationalization 'at home' through virtual exchange at universities from the European Higher Education Area".
Tamara Suquet presented the paper "Validation of the EPICC scale for the self-assessment of competences for spiritual care in nursing students in the Community of Madrid".
On the other hand, Mónica Cerezo, lecturer and TFG tutor, showed the results of her doctoral thesis "AI for the success and well-being of STEM women: a predictive tool from nursing at work".
Finally, Sylvain Marcel presented the research protocol carried out during his TFG "Chemsex: Training of health professionals and users' experiences. A mixed study".
Once again, the EUEF has actively participated in a knowledge exchange meeting that promotes the improvement of the quality of nursing .
