The first steps in university life are always marked by a mixture of expectations and questions. At Comillas, that uncertainty was transformed into a shared experience: the arrival of more than 3,300 new students gave shape to a diverse community that is already beginning to walk together.

The service fair allowed students to open the door to a world of possibilities beyond the classroom. Clubs, associations, entrepreneurship, welfare programmes and resources for internships and employment were presented as ways to grow and find their place. On this journey, many discovered that daring to explore new realities or to give the best of oneself is not a solitary challenge, but a journey accompanied by a community that inspires and sustains.
In addition, the tours of the facilities and the meetings with representatives of each faculty helped the newcomers to situate themselves in what will soon be their daily lives. It was also a moment of closeness: different voices from the government team wanted to be present to welcome them and to remind them that, at Comillas, the present is lived intensely while dreaming of the future. Members of the government team joined the students together with representatives of each faculty, welcoming them to what will be their new home.
Amidst laughter, conversations and first friendships, our Welcome Week made it clear that what begins at Comillas is much more than an academic year: it is a vital stage, full of challenges and opportunities, in which each person has the possibility to grow integrally and to dare, as a community, to be what they dream of becoming.
