A comprehensive look at corporate government posts

Morten Huse and the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (Comillas ICADE) organised the seminar “Behavioural Perspectives on Boards and Governance”, which had a cadre of renowned international speakers, including Thomas Clarke, professor at the University of Technology of Sydney.

The Faculty Dean, Maria Teresa Corzo, was in charge of welcoming participants and introducing speakers, which also included Yulia Ponomareva, from the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, Leire Gartzia, of the Universidad de Deusto, and Ruth Mateos Delgado, professor at the Universidad CEU San Pablo, whose paper was presented by Ricardo Gimeno, member of the Bank of Spain, co-author and professor at Comillas ICADE.

During the seminar, which consisted of a masterclass and a workshop, topics related to leadership and conflict resolution, as well as aspects linked to gender and identity management were tackled.
