Summer Course: Digital Marketing and Digital Business

In this course you will "put on your digital thinking hat" and learn how companies position themselves and engage with customers in digital spaces. You will also learn tools and techniques to understand customer behaviour and expectations in digital environments, and based on these create value through innovative business models.

Dates: From June 17th to July 12th, 2024.

Why study this course?

You will learn about Digital Marketing and Digital Business and the new orientation of companies towards their clients and potential clients.
You will execute a company's Digital Marketing Plan.
You will know all the tools included in Social Media and Social Business, as well as their main uses and results.
You will analyse Digital Marketing campaigns, and you will have knowledge of the most used KPls.
You will be able to design your own dashboards to measure the results of Digital Marketing actions.

A diploma will be awarded by the University!

Course description

Duration: 4 weeks (90 hours).
Credits: 9 ECTS.
Language: English.
Place: C/Alberto Aguilera, 23, Madrid.
Requirements: students who are studying for a degree, preferably between the second and third year. If the course is taught in English, a minimum B2 certificate in this language will be required.
