Thanks to this scholarship, Elvira will continue her studies at Columbia University during the academic year 2025-2026, while Jesús will continue his studies at Stanford University. Both centres are among the most renowned universities in the world and represent a unique opportunity to continue their education in top-level academic environments.
The presentation of the 43rd edition of these scholarships was presided over by His Majesty King Felipe VI and awarded 100 students selected from among 1,045 candidates. The scholarships are awarded on a competitive basis after a rigorous evaluation process in two phases: a first phase of peer review, in which experts evaluate the applications anonymously, and a second phase of personal interviews conducted by a committee of university lecturers with international experience.
Congratulations, Elvira and Jesús! Undoubtedly, this great opportunity is a clear reflection of your effort and constant work.
