At Comillas Pontifical University, aware of the fundamental role played by entrepreneurship and the changing trend in terms of professional opportunities, we have spent several years meticulously preparing this Diploma in Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital, which is finally seeing the light of day.

A diploma that we have co-designed with some of the most relevant entrepreneurs in the entrepreneurial ecosystem that will provide students with everything they need (skills, tools, methodologies and experience) to become their best entrepreneurial version.

We are convinced that this is something unprecedented that will set the foundations in the field of entrepreneurship in Spain.

The Diploma consists of 30 ECTS distributed in three modules. Two of 12 theoretical and practical ECTS and a 6 ECTS internship.

The design of the programme allows students from undergraduate programmes at the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas to complete the Diploma over 3 years, although there are possibilities for flexibility and adaptation, and it can be completed intensively over 2 years. The two modules of 12 ETCS will take place during the month of July in an intensive way, so that any student can attend (even those who are on exchange). The internship can also take place at any time.

The study plan is structured in the following modules:
● LEARNING TO ENTERPRISE (Module 1) - 12 ECTS.
● PRACTICES IN STARTUP OR VC (Module 2) - 6 ECTS
● BUILDING A STARTUP (Module 3) - 12 ECTS

The programme has been devised under the learning by doing philosophy with the aim of making the diploma as practical as possible, and for students to put into practice all the theoretical concepts learnt.

Each module of the diploma combines lectures or master classes given by experts with seminars and workshops coordinated by teachers. There will be group dynamics, simulations or role plays, individual and team exercises.
