Future professionals need to be educated to be able to deal with uncertainty and create unexpected solutions to challenges that no one foresaw. To achieve this , organisations must have agile professionals with a high degree of empathy, who have mastered complex problem-solving skills and tools , as well as strategic thinking and communication.
