To formalise your enrolment, please complete the following steps:
Interview (new students)
Contact the Director of the Specialisation to which you have been admitted by email to schedule a pre-enrolment interview.
Register online
- Select your subjects.
- Pay the corresponding fees.
- Submit and sign the enrolment form online. To complete this step, you will need to provide a single-use code sent to the mobile phone number registered with the University.
Finalise your enrolment within the deadline stated in your letter of admission.

Activate your institutional email
Access your institutional email account to receive all University-related information and internal communications.
It is important to activate your account immediately after registering.

Enrolment deadlines
Please complete your registration within the specified deadlines:
New students (first year):
Deadline indicated in your letter of admission.
Current students face-to-face modality (second year and above):
From 1 June 2026 to 31 August 2026.
Current Theology students on-campus modality:
From 1 June 2026 to 20 July 2026.
NOTICE: A 15% surcharge will be applied to the enrolment fee for late registrations.
Recognition of credits
If you wish to apply for credit recognition, you can do so during your first enrolment by submitting your request to the Degree Certificates and Transcripts Service. Ensure your application includes all previous studies for which recognition is sought, regardless of the academic year.
