Welcome to Comillas
More than 900 international students begin their studies at Comillas, marking the start of the academic year 2024-25

On 29 August, Comillas Pontifical University welcomed 926 international students, who will be on exchange during the first semester or for the whole academic year.
Coming from more than 40 different countries, Canada, Germany, Guatemala, Japan and New Zealand among others, all the new students will bring to the university community different points of view and learning, which will undoubtedly enrich university life at Comillas. In addition, the heterogeneity of the degrees that they will study, 176 of them in the Faculty of Law, 337 in the Faculty of Business Studies, 269 in the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences and 136 and 5 in the Schools of Engineering and Nursing and Phytotherapy, will create more diverse environments.
The day also saw the reception of 12 students participating in the exchange programme between Spanish universities (SICUE). The students of this programme from the universities of Loyola, Pompeu Fabra, Ramón Llull, Deusto, Pontificia de Salamanca and the Catholic University of Valencia, will live a different university experience full of teachings and experiences.
