Application for Ecclesiastical Degrees
If you have completed your ecclesiastical studies and have not previously applied for it, you can apply for your degree.
Likewise, you can apply for the European Diploma Supplement (EDS) at the same time or at a later date (only for graduates of Licentiatus and Baccalaureatus degrees since 2003-04 onwards).

Access the Virtual Titles Office.
Remember! In case you are doing an extracurricular internship you will not be able to continue doing it if you apply for your degree. Please contact the Career Guidance, Internships and Employment Service for more information.
Application receipt
You will receive the electronically signed receipt of your degree application (certificate of payment of fees for the issue of the degree) in your institutional mail from the university.
Collect your degree
Within approximately 8-10 weeks, you will receive an email confirming that the title is available for collection.

Collection methods
Once the ecclesiastical degree has been issued, it must be collected personally by the interested party at the Titles Unit located at C/ Alberto Aguilera, 23 (Madrid).
If you are unable to collect the degree personally, you may authorise another person to do so by means of written authorisation accompanied by a photocopy of your ID card or passport.
Current prices for the academic year 2024/2025

Graduates of Licentiatus degrees in the academic year 2016/17 or later are exempt from paying the fees for the issuing of the official degree.
