The Cultural Activities, Seminars and One-day Sessions Unit has been given the responsibility of enriching the cultural and artistic lives of members of the University Community and Former Alumni with the aim of encouraging all-round education. Its activities include theater, opinion and debate, visual arts, music, literature and art and culture.

The University, as an institution of the Catholic Church dedicated to all members of society, offers a range of grants and financial aid to its students, to help with study costs and to ensure equal opportunities based on the individual needs of each student.

The Library Service is an operational which acquires, organizes, processes, and cares for all of the University's bibliographic and documentary collection and makes it available to users, regardless of their format, where they are stored, and which budget item they were charged to when acquired, except for documents belonging to the University's General Archive.
The basic purpose of the University Library is to ensure that there is a broad bibliographic and documentary base to allow Comillas Pontifical University to fulfill its teaching, study, and research aims.

The Sports Unit, which depends on the Office of the Vice-Rector for Community Services and Students, aims to encourage the practice of sports, coexistence, teamwork, effort, sacrifice, fair play, fellowship and the spirit of solidarity among the entire university community. Values closely linked to the educational project of the university.
The Sports Unit will organize and coordinate sports activities according to the needs of our users, with the best possible quality and care, preserving their health and helping in the prevention of injuries.

Open to the entire educational community, the Pastoral area aims to be a space of welcome, inspiration, dialogue, formation and celebration at the service of the educational mission of the University and the construction of a more just and fraternal world. A space where, from the Gospel values and the model of Jesus of Nazareth, you can find all human beings, united by the pursuit of goodness, truth and beauty.

The Guidance Service in Professional Careers, Internships and Employment (OPE in spanish) is the service of the university dedicated to helping its students and alumni in entering the labor market through internships and employment, as well as in their professional development.

The International Relations Service informs and manages, in collaboration with the Faculties and Schools of the University, the different programs and scholarships of International Mobility.
It also organizes Semester and Summer International Courses and Inside Programs.

The Degree Certificates and Transcripts Service is responsible for managing the admission process and enrollment of students. It is also tasked with academic record management; issuance of academic transcripts; handling and safekeeping of academic records; handling and issuance of both official and private degree certificates. Moreover, the university’s General Registry can also be found there.

The General Service of the University, of Systems and Information and Communications Technologies (STIC in spanish), aims to govern, manage and make available to the university community the necessary and appropriate ICT services, for the development of teaching tasks and research of the faculties, schools and institutes, and for the management of the general services of the University, as well as maintaining any operational process related to ICT.

Within the framework of the Service for the Comprehensive Development of the University Community (Comillas Community), our mission is to monitor the adoption of the necessary measures to ensure equal opportunities, non-discrimination and universal accessibility for students with disabilities and specific support needs at university.

The objective of the Psychoeducational Counseling Unit is to provide assistance to any member of the University Community going through a difficult situation. Through interviews and individual working sessions we offer psychological and educational advice related to both academic and personal problems.

Everything is available for you to order from the On-line Shop, and there is a bookshop located on each of the two campuses, at Alberto Aguilera and in Cantoblanco, where you may also purchase and pick up your on-line orders for books, class notes, office supplies and stationery items.
