12 May 2025
The San Juan de Dios University School of Nursing and Physiotherapy - Comillas (EUEF) received a visit this Monday, 12 May, from professionals from the Escola Superior de Enfermagem de Coimbra, as part of a visit aimed at the exchange of good practices in the field of human resources.
The visiting team was made up of Carla Santos, operational technician in laboratory support, and Conceição Oliveira and Helena Mariano, administrative technicians specialised in human resources. The delegation was received by Isabel Baeza, head of International Relations at EUEF.
During their visit, the experts from the University of Coimbra toured the facilities of the Paseo de la Habana Campus (Madrid) and met with Rocío Pulido Valle, head of the Department of People and Values of our centre, who valued the visit: "For the Department of People and Values it is a very valuable opportunity for the exchange of good practices that has allowed us to have a broader vision of people management in another cultural and legislative context. A meeting of these characteristics positions the EUEF and the San Juan de Dios Foundation as an institution that integrates the human aspect as a transversal axis of its activity".
At this meeting, both institutions were able to exchange knowledge on ways of working and how this service is organised.
