The Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management (MBA) is organised by the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (ICADE) at Comillas Pontifical University.
The MBA programme opens the door to a successful professional career in the field of management and business administration through the practical teaching of the fundamental contents for sustainable business management (management, strategy, innovation, finance, marketing, technology, human resources and operations). It offers a comprehensive training experience that exposes and prepares students, in a cross-functional and multicultural way, to a constantly changing business reality.

This MBA offers the possibility to specialise in Management, Finance, Marketing and Technology.
It is a programme designed to enable students to acquire and put into practice the necessary skills to join the growing European corporate investment and innovation ecosystem. It offers the possibility of specialisation in Management, Finance and Marketing. Also in Technology, with the TechMBA, which delves into the use of data and the opportunities associated with digital business. Alternatively, there is the possibility of taking an Executive Programme in Business Analytics.
During the course, stays abroad and opportunities to carry out real consultancy or entrepreneurship projects as a final master's degree project are provided. It is also possible to do an internship in a company during the course.
Tech MBA

Technology has profoundly transformed the business ecosystem. To address this "innovation gap" it is necessary to train new leaders capable of combining new technologies with the organisation of people, fostering talent in a creative way. The Faculty of Economics and Business Studies (Comillas ICADE) is launching a Tech MBA aimed at those who wish, on the one hand, to develop a professional career based on innovation and, on the other, to develop managerial skills in technological environments.
The new programme provides the key cognitive, instrumental and aptitudinal tools to be able to perform in managerial positions and in an environment of technological innovation. It also provides key social networks and resources. Comillas ICADE's close connection with leading companies in various sectors will allow Tech MBA students to have a real project experience that includes both technological and business dimensions.

Information for students
The Master's Degree Programme in Business Administration (MBA) comprises a total of 60 ECTS distributed as follows:
27 ECTS of training (24 ECTS compulsory and 3 ECTS optional) given during the first semester, aimed at all students acquiring a high level of competence and knowledge about business management decisions in an inter-functional (management functions are not watertight compartments) and inter-cultural (organisations live in a global environment) manner.
27 ECTS of training in the second semester, of which 12 are compulsory and 15 are electives. The electives allow students to specialise in Technology, Management, Finance, Marketing or Industry.
6 ECTS are devoted to the preparation of the Master's Final Project, which allows students to apply all the skills acquired to a real experience (consultancy project, entrepreneurship project, a research project). The Master's Thesis is developed throughout the academic year and is defended publicly at the end of the course.
