MACC continues to make progress

After the official presentation of the project, which took place a few days earlier at the Vocento headquarters, the board of directors of the Madrid Culinary Campus (MACC) has celebrated its first meeting at the MOM Culinary headquarters.

Luis de Carlos, lecturer at Comillas ICADE and former presiding partner of Uría Menéndez, is the president of the board of directors, and Iñigo Iribarnegaray, its secretary. The remaining members of the board, will work to define the centre’s operational and financial strategy. They are Daniel Gidrón, General Director of Audiovisual and Agencies at Vocento; Benjamin Lana, General Director at Vocento Gastronomy; Elisa Aracil, lecturer at Comillas ICADE; and Federico de Montalvo, Vice-Rector of Institutional Relations and General Secretary at Comillas.

After the board approved the nomination of Rafael Vara as General Director of the MACC, he joined the meeting.
