Mª José López Álvarez, co-director of the Observatory of Conciliation and Co-responsibility: work and family and lecturer at the faculty of Law (Comillas ICADE) has won first prize in the “Lecturers and Researchers” category in the XVII National Awards for the Reconciliation of Family, Work and Personal Life, the Promotion of Co-responsibility and Social Responsibility organised by the Alares Foundation.
For the lecturer, this recognises the observatory’s great work. “It is a great incentive to keep working for the right to take care of people and be taken care of. These values align perfectly with our mission and the university’s project”.
Created by the Alares Foundation by Vivofácil 17 years ago, these awards recognise the media, companies, institutions, social agents, managers and academic professionals who have shown a better conciliation and co-responsibility in their work.
In this edition, along with Mª José López, other institutions and companies such as Salesforce, Indra and the Valladolid City Council have also received awards.
