Comillas keeps improving its position in the QS Ranking

The university stands out in employability indicators

The new edition of the prestigious QS Ranking, published today, shows the continuous improvement of Comillas Pontifical University, which keeps improving its overall position and is now in 582nd position. Comillas is the second Spanish university in the “employment connection” and “employer reputation” indicators, behind the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. This ranking, taking into account that we are a medium-sized university, makes us a world reference in terms of quality employment and employability.

This improvement in the general ranking confirms the upward trend at Comillas, which a few months ago excelled in the QS World University Rankings by subject 2023, with a 33rd place for the faculty of Theology, becoming one of the top 50 in the world, and the consolidation of the areas of Law and Electrical and Electronics Engineering (251-300) and Business & Management (301-350) or the improvement in Social Sciences & Management, which moved up to the 401-450 level for the first time.

These results confirm the good reputation of Comillas, which has managed to position itself among the best universities globally. “For Comillas it is a joy to see that QS recognises the quality of our education and research, placing us among the most prestigious universities in the world in practically all of our areas of knowledge,” says Mariano Ventosa, Vice-Rector for Research and Faculty. He also highlights the extra merit this poses for an institution of this nature and type. “Once again we have shown that the commitment of Comillas to the professional careers of its graduates is a differentiating element that makes us a reference on a national and global scale” he adds.
