Apply for admission. The process starts via the web, once the candidate has decided on the degree which will be studied. If you wish, you may apply for scholarships and grants from the University at the same time as applying for admission.
Carrying out a personal interview. Students are admitted in this programme according to the following criteria:
-Written expression test
-Interview of the candidate with the programme director and/or coordinator.
-Academic record plus English test results: 50%
-Written expression test plus Excel test: 25%
-Personal interview: 25%
Communication and Legal Requirements for Access to the University. The programme director, based on the tests that they are to submit to candidates, shall issue a report declaring whether such candidates are eligible or not. Admission to the programme shall depend on the Dean of the School of Human and Social Sciences and on the Director of ICADE Business
Completing the Admissions Process. Once admitted, students must finalize the registration process. This procedure is initiated on the web page, but it is necessary to present the registration form and the additional documentation at the General Registrar´s Office at the University.
Applicant Profile/Requirements and Documentation
The Official Master's Degree in Human Resources is addressed to college graduates with little o no work experience who, independently of their studies, which to steer their careers towards management of persons.
In order to take this Official Master's Degree, a previous university degree is necessary.

Interpersonal relations are the key element of Human Resources Departments. Being aware of the needs and interest of collaborators is the cornerstone of human capital management.

Effective communication with other persons is one of the basic working stills: active listening, respect to the dignity of the other person, persuasion, and ability to effectively transfer information both orally and in writing are some of these skills.

Candidates must hold or be able to justify that they will soon be awarded a Bachelor's or Licentiate Degree, Diploma, Degree in Engineering or in Architecture, or equivalent degree from foreign university (in the latter case, if in another language, it must be translated into Spanish by an official translator).

The Official Master's Degree in Human Resources provides appropriate competences so that our students are capable of developing work in the areas of human capital management, either in the field of employee assessment and recruitment, training, and career development and management, as well as in the area of labour relations and other more legal-inclined areas. Therefore, the students have the opportunity to work in Human Resources Departments, Human Resources Consultancies, Communication Departments, Corporate Social Responsibility Departments, Labour Departments and Remuneration and Benefit Departments.

Likewise the Official Master's Degree in Human Resources is a pathway onto the official doctorate programme, in line with that stipulated in Royal Decree 99/2011 of 28 January which regulates official doctorate teachings.
The Official Master's Degree in Human Resources comprises a total of 90 ECTS (European Credits), distributed over two academic years.
The program offers a structure in line with the training traditionally offered by our Faculties and by ICADE Business School. It includes knowledge in Business Administration, Law, Psychology, and Sociology, with a view to the comprehensive training of future Directors of Human Resources.
