The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (Comillas CIHS) has achieved a positive evaluation to obtain recognition from the International Baccalaureate Organisation (IBO). This important step forward will allow the students of the Master's Degree in Compulsory Secondary Education and Baccalaureate to be certified, as of the 2025-26 academic year, as teachers of the International Baccalaureate (IB) programme.

Thanks to this recognition, interested students will be able to broaden their professional horizons. This certification adds a differential value to the training of future teachers, facilitating their access to a global and high quality educational environment in centres where the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme is implemented.

Undoubtedly, with this new distinction, Comillas CIHS is positioned as a university of reference for those students who aspire to a teaching career with international projection.
