The Comillas Pontifical University Library wants to share with the university community the richness of its ancient collection and, at the same time, transcend the merely patrimonial, aligning itself with the Comillas Strategic Plan 2025-2030, which reaffirms our identity as a Jesuit institution committed to faith, justice and the integral development of society.

This collection is a valuable testimony of the historical and missionary dimension of the Jesuits - of their presence in different regions and periods, of their ability to adapt to different cultural contexts and of their drive for social justice through knowledge - and the Piece of the Month is a privileged opportunity to foster a living encounter with this tradition.
