A conference on innovation in finance and transcending the market
The Comillas Alumni Club Chartered Financial Analyst (CCA CFA) organised an exceptional colloquium under the title "Value Investing" on Thursday 7 March at Comillas Pontifical University, where alumni gathered to explore new perspectives in the world of finance.
The Comillas ICAI building became the meeting point for an afternoon full of discussions and insights on investment strategies. The event began with a warm welcome by Enrique Marazuela, member of the Comillas Alumni CFA Club promoter group, and Terersa Corzo, academic sponsor of the Club. The main conference was given by Álvaro de Guzmán Lázaro, Founding Partner, CEO and Co-Chief Investment Officer of Azvalor. During his presentation, Lázaro shared insightful reflections and fundamental approaches for those interested in this field, all based on his experience and knowledge in the financial field.
The presentation was followed by a discussion space where attendees, mainly club members, Azvalor alumni and guests, had the opportunity to ask questions, exchange ideas and explore the topics discussed during the conference.
These types of events represent a unique opportunity for the community of Comillas alumni interested in the financial field and underline their commitment to continue learning and growing in their respective professional careers.
With each meeting, the Comillas Alumni CFA Club reaffirms its role as a point of reference in the field of finance, providing networking, mentoring and professional development opportunities to all its members.
