Ferran Adriá, the chef who revolutionised gastronomy, has spent three days working side by side with students, teachers and the entire Madrid Culinary Campus team to define the strategy of the centre, which aims to be the most important training, creation and exchange environment for gastronomy in the coming years.

The founder of elBulli and bullipedia is a lecturer at MACC, together with Andoni Luis Aduriz. Adriá has spent three days at Comillas Pontifical University to get to know first-hand the educational project, the day-to-day life and plans of the university. He has also developed the Master's Degree in Catering that will be taught after the summer at Comillas.

Sitting in the classroom with the students, Adriá lived the educational experience of the Degree in Gastronomy and Culinary Innovation, an official degree that is unique in the world, which deals with gastronomy, business and agronomy in a comprehensive manner, attending classes in Plant and Animal Production; Food and Sustainability, Economics and Fundamentals of Business and Organisations.

In addition, he has had intense working meetings with the management team of MACC, Comillas and Vocento; the advisory board of the centre and the team of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (Comillas ICADE), which next academic year is launching the Double Degree in Business Administration and Management and in Gastronomy and Culinary Innovation (E2 + Gastronomy).
