Comillas Pontifical University continues to demonstrate its excellence, solidity and research impact in the main areas of knowledge in which it works. This is demonstrated by the recently published edition of the QS World University Rankings by Subject 2024.
Thus, among the notable results obtained by the university, the data in the field of Theology and Religious Studies stand out. The Faculty of Theology (Comillas CIHS) is once again ranked 1st in Spain, 5th in Europe and 29th in the world in terms of results and impact of its research.
In the field of Law, Comillas once again ranks among the best in the world in terms of employer reputation; 1st in Spain, 8th in Europe and 33rd in the world.
The university appears for the first time in the field of Economics and Econometrics as one of the best in the world. It is worth noting that, in this aspect, Comillas stands out as the third Spanish university in terms of reputation among employers, quite an achievement considering that we are a medium-sized university.
Finally, the ranking also places Comillas among the best in the world in the areas of Industrial Engineering, Business Management and Social Sciences.
"It is a joy to see that QS recognises the quality of our education and research, placing us among the most prestigious universities in the world in practically all our areas of knowledge," says Mariano Ventosa, Vice-Rector for Research and Teaching Staff.
