What is the Double Degree in Agricultural and Agroenvironmental Engineering and Business Administration and Management?

The Double Degree in Agricultural and Agroenvironmental Engineering and Business Administration and Management at Comillas Pontifical University integrates business training with engineering in the agricultural and agri-food sector, preparing professionals capable of managing organisations operating in agri-food value chains and in rural areas with a strategic, digital and sustainable vision. This combination provides advanced skills in management and finance, marketing, data analysis and entrepreneurship, together with technical knowledge in agricultural production, agro-industrial technologies, resource management and agro-environmental sustainability.

The methodology combines the participatory and analytical approach typical of business administration (case studies, simulations, consulting projects) with practical and field training in agricultural engineering, the use of laboratories and technical visits to companies. Multidisciplinary teamwork, projects focused on real challenges in the sector and close links with companies and institutions enable students to develop professional skills from the very first years of the programme.

  • Participate in information sessions and open days. Although not essential, they will help candidates to learn more about the programmes, find out about the syllabuses and ask any questions they may have.

    Apply for admission and, once validated, you will be able to take the admission tests. When you receive the results, you can formalise your enrolment.

  • Yes. There are different scholarship programmes depending on the faculty and degree programme. However, all of them are aimed at supporting students and their families in paying monthly fees. In general, scholarships range from 40% to 75%, although in exceptional cases they may reach higher percentages. Comillas students can also apply for various public scholarships, such as the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training Scholarship or the Community of Madrid Scholarship of Excellence.
