CG01 - Ability to write, develop and sign projects in the field of Telecommunications Engineering, whose purpose, according to the knowledge acquired, as established in section 5 of this Order (CIN / 352/2009), is to conceive and develop, or utilize Telecommunications and Electronic networks, services and applications.
CG02 - Knowledge, understanding and ability to apply the necessary legislation during the development of the profession of Telecommunications Technical Engineer.
CG03 - Knowledge of basic subjects and technologies, which will enable students to learn new methods and technologies, as well as provide great versatility to adapt to new situations.
CG04 - Ability to solve problems with initiative, decision making, creativity, and to communicate and transmit knowledge, skills and abilities, understanding the ethical and professional responsibility of the activity of a Telecommunications Technical Engineer.
CG05 - Knowledge to perform measurements, calculations, valuations, appraisals, surveys, studies, reports, task planning and other analogous works in the specific field of Telecommunications.
CG06 – Ability to handle mandatory specifications, regulations and norms.
CG07 - Ability to analyze and assess the social and environmental impact of technical solutions.
CG08 - Understanding and application of basic elements of Economics and Human Resource Management, organization and project planning, as well as legislation, regulation and standardization in Telecommunications.
CG09 - Ability to work in a multidisciplinary group and in a multilingual environment, and to communicate, both in writing and orally, knowledge, procedures, results and ideas related to Telecommunications and Electronics.
Specific Skills
CFBT1 - Ability to solve mathematical problems that may arise in Engineering. Ability to apply knowledge of: Linear Algebra, Geometry, Differential Geometry, Differential and Integral Calculus, Differential Equations and Partial Derivatives, Numerical Methods, Numerical Algorithms, Statistics and Optimization.
CFBT2 - Basic knowledge of the use and programming of Computers, Operating Systems, Databases and Computer Programs with applications to Engineering.
CFBT3 - Understanding and mastery of basic concepts about the general laws of Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Fields and Waves, and Electromagnetism and their application to solving problems in Engineering.
CFBT4 - Understanding and mastering the basic concepts of Linear Systems and related functions and transformations, Electrical Circuit Theory, Electronic Circuits, Physical Principles of Semiconductors and Logic Families, Electronic and Photonic Devices, Materials Technology and their application to solving problems in Engineering.

CRT1 - Ability to learn independently new knowledge and techniques suitable for the conceiving, developing or operating Telecommunications Systems and Services.
CRT2 - Ability to use communication and computer applications (Office Automation, Databases, Advanced Calculation, Project Management, Visualization, etc.) to support the development and operation of Telecommunications and Electronic networks, services and applications.
CRT3 - Ability to use computer tools to search for bibliographic resources or information related to Telecommunications and Electronics.
CRT4 - Ability to analyze and specify the fundamental parameters of a Communications System.
CRT5 - Ability to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of different technological alternatives for deployment or implementation of Communication Systems, from the point of view of signal space, disturbances and noise and analog, and Digital Modulation Systems.
CRT6 - Ability to conceive, deploy, organize and manage networks, systems, services and Telecommunications Infrastructures in residential (home, city and digital communities), business or institutional contexts, being responsible for their implementation and continuous improvement, as well as knowing their economic and social impact.

CETM1 - Ability to build, operate and manage telecommunications networks, services, processes and applications, understood as systems for capturing, transporting, representing, processing, storing, managing and presenting multimedia information, from the point of view of Telematics services.
CETM2 - Ability to apply the techniques on which telematic networks, services and applications are based, such as management systems, signaling and switching, routing and conversion, security (cryptographic protocols, tunneling, firewalls, collection mechanisms, authentication and content protection), traffic engineering (Graph Theory, Queuing Theory and Tele-Traffic), charging, reliability and quality of service, both in fixed, mobile, personal, local or long-haul environments, with different bandwidths, including telephony and data.
CETM3 - Ability to build, operate and manage Telematics services using analytical planning, sizing and tools for analysis.
CETM4 - Ability to describe, program, validate and optimize communication protocols and interfaces at different levels of network architecture.
CETM5 - Ability to follow the technological progress of transmission, switching and process to improve networks and Telematics services.
CETM6 - Ability to design network architectures and Telematics services.
CETM7 - Ability to program Telematics, networked and distributed services, and applications.
CTFG1 - Original exercise to be carried out individually and presented and defended before a university tribunal of professors, consisting of a project in the field of specific technologies of Telecommunications Engineering, of a professional nature, in which the skills acquired in course work are synthesized and integrated.
