What is the Specialist Course in the Management of Subsidised Educational Centres?

The course provides both graduates and graduates, as well as teachers and managers of subsidised centres, with specific training to enable them to manage schools and educational centres, and to carry out this activity with the greatest efficiency in the tasks related to the management of subsidised centres, especially those specific to General Management and Pedagogical Management, without forgetting the other members of the management teams.

In order to achieve the objectives of the course, the student will study in depth the current educational system, current educational legislation and, in particular, that which affects social initiative centres, through the development of management techniques on leadership and human resources management.

It includes a clear awareness of what it means to be a manager of a Catholic centre, under an educational agreement, motivator of the educational community, a key part of our mission.

The Internship and Employment Office is responsible for providing students with internships related to their studies in order to enrich their training. In the 2017-18 academic year, 6,296 student internships in companies were managed.
    In addition to these internships managed by the Internship and Employment Office, all degree courses have a significant number of compulsory external internships as part of their curriculums.

  • The Internship and Employment Office informs, guides and collaborates in the insertion in the labour market of recent graduates or in the projection of the professional career of Comillas graduates, for which it has an online tool that puts candidates in direct contact with 5,078 companies with which Comillas maintains a relationship. During the 2017-18 academic year, 1,838 job offers were managed. Of the total number of graduates from the 2018 graduating class, 93.22% are employed, either working or furthering their studies, within six months of completing their studies.
