Comillas puts the creativity of the university community to the test in the Christmas Card Competition
Following the motto "Men and women for peace", the participants brought out their Christmas spirit and artistic skills.

As it does every year, Comillas has held its traditional Christmas card competition, an event that unites creativity and Christmas spirit. This year, 2024, the slogan "Men and women for peace" has inspired students, children of employees and members of the university community to capture in their works the message of hope that unites us at this time of year.
These are the winning prizes
And we already have winners! Do you want to meet them?
- First Prize: "La luz del pesebre", a card made by Carmen Puerta, a student in the 2nd year of the Master's Degree in General Health Psychology (Comillas CIHS).
- Category 3-10 years old: "El nacimiento con el burro y el buey"; a Christmas card painted by Leandro Monedero, son of María B. Morales.
- Category 11-18 years old: "Que contigo solo sepamos decirle sí", a greeting card painted by Jimena Lizarralde, daughter of Mencía de Garcillán.
- Student Category: "La luz que guía al mundo nace en el corazón del invierno", a card made by Juan Pablo Cañizares, a student in the 3rd year of Physical Therapy (Comillas EUEF).
- Honourable Mention: "Jesús nace donde más se le necesita, en los rincones de dolor y esperanza aliviados", a greeting card made by Clara Carbajo, student of the dual degree in Industrial Technologies Engineering and Business Administration and Management (Comillas ICAI).
