The Rector's Trophy for indoor football is a historic tournament at Comillas Pontifical University. A competition that this year brought together more than 480 players from the entire university community, organised into 44 teams, who played a total of 212 matches throughout the league.
The competition came to an end with a tight final between "La Comisión" and "El Notthingam Zote". Two teams fought until the very last goal which ended with the victory of "La Comisión", who beat their opponents on the scoreboard - congratulations to all participants, and especially to the winners!
In addition, there were two players who undoubtedly made the difference for both their teams and the competition. The MVP of the final was Javier Martínez-Olivares, from "La Comisión", who performed impeccably at a key moment for his team. On the other hand, the top scorer of the league was Jacobo Ozores of "Notthingam Zote", who scored a total of 34 goals. If there is one thing that the Rector's Trophy has shown once again, it is that Comillas has a lot of potential players.
