Resumen
Building on these theoretical foundations and on De Vos et al.’s (2020) conceptual model of sustainable careers, the present study tests a longitudinal model examining how the two dimensions of boundaryless career orientation (BM and OMP) predict health (measured by well-being), happiness (measured by job satisfaction), and productivity (measured by employability) through the fulfillment of basic psychological needs, that will act as the medition mechanisms to achieve career sustainability.
