Implementing monitoring, evaluation, and learning ("MEL") frameworks and processes to
support MEL functions within the ASRA team and mission;
• Designing and participating in processes to solicit ASRA's input, as well as that of its
stakeholders where applicable, on the implementation of MEL frameworks, related processes, and functions;
• Supporting and engaging the ASRA team on MEL approaches (including but not limited
to Developmental Evaluation ("DE"), Principles-Focused Evaluation ("PFE"), and Blue
Marble Evaluation ("BME")), as well as outlining implications for ASRA's workflow and
mission delivery;
• Supporting the ASRA team in reporting to its funders as it relates to ASRA's activity performance in relation to MEL and codifying ASRA's impact through a MEL perspective;
• Participating in ASRA's team retreats and 2026 Network Convening, set to take place on
June 15 - 19, 2026, in Marrakech, Morocco to support the ASRA team's reflections around
its approach to MEL across its mission, activities, and direction; and
• Collaborating with ASRA to write and digitally publish MEL knowledge products.
