Learning objectives
- Understand the key dynamics and trends in the renewable energy sector, including investment opportunities and associated challenges.
- Know the main players in the sector from an investment and financing perspective, as well as the predominant business models in renewable energy projects.
- Learn to structure and analyse specific financial products for the renewable sector, including debt, equity investment and alternative financing mechanisms.
- Develop the ability to evaluate capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and crowdfunding strategies in the field of renewable energies.
- Apply practical tools to design sustainable investment strategies, managing teams and leading projects in a competitive and growing environment.
