The course of Specialist in Management of Private Subsidised Schools provides teachers and directors of private subsidised schools with a specific training that allows them to rigorously perform the managerial functions at their Centres, especially those regarding General Management and Pedagogical Management, and also including the rest of members of the School Management Teams.
Representatives of the Owner and teachers of Pre-school, Primary and Secondary Education (Graduates) who perform or will perform managerial functions (Main Director, General Director, Pedagogical Director, General Coordinator) at private subsidised schools.
The course of Specialist in Management of Private Subsidised Schools provides teachers and directors of subsidised private schools with a specific training that allows them to rigorously performance the managerial functions at their Centres, especially those regarding General Management and Pedagogical Management, and also including the other members of the School Management Teams.
This goal will be achieved by means of the knowledge of the Education System, of current education legislation and, specifically, of that affecting the Centres of social initiative, through the development of management-related techniques on the management of human resources. And, of course, with a clear awareness of what it means to be director of a Catholic School under the subsidised regime, and a basic function for motivating the Education Community, a key part of our mission. We cannot forget the knowledge of Education Action instruments as basic mechanisms to reach the quality offered by the Centres.
