Comillas committed to equality
The university has instituted its III Equality Plan with 40 cross-cutting measures

That is why, according to the Organic Law 3/2007 of 22 March 2023, the university has instituted its III Equality Plan in which are included cross-cutting measures to ensure that equality between women and men is real and effective.
This III Equality Plan is an ambitious project, that aims to achieve a total of 40 measures that will be implemented with the main objective of continuing to guarantee equal opportunities within the university. Among the measures envisaged are: ensuring that internal management processes are carried out with equal treatment and opportunities, the maintenance of these principles, and the detection and elimination of possible imbalances.
The Equality plan counts on an Equality Commission that will be in charge to keep track and guarantee its compliance. Juan Carlos Gortázar, from the Human Resources Service; Ana García, from the Organisation and People Office and Angelo Valastro and Carmen Valor as members of the works council, make up the equality commission.
