- Offer complementary education and training, of an Ignatian nature, to University graduates who work or aspire to work in Ignatian-inspired Educational Institutions, and to individuals who wish to deepen their knowledge in this form of Pedagogy.
- Provide the necessary fundamentals and direct contact with texts/sources of inspiration, as well as guidelines to analyze the present moment in the light of the key criteria that determine the "Ignatian" way of educating.
- To deepen the knowledge of the contributions that Science and Technology offer for Pedagogical and Organizational Innovation in Ignatian-inspired Educational Institutions.
- Promote the exchange and networking of participants in order to strengthen educational communities with connections to each other and advance common lines of work.
LLearning Methodology implies permanent involvement and activities by students and the accompaniment of the Professor-Tutor,who acts as a mediator in the process.
In addition, participants will have a person to accompany them at their Educational Institutions or in the areas from which they come; this person will provide feedback on the application of the program to real contexts and help with assessment.
