The Chair of Energy and Poverty attended the 3rd INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON “SMART AND SUSTAINABLE PLANNING FOR CITIES AND REGIONS – SSPCR 2019”.
The Chair attended this forum, which makes recommendations for the European Commission, represented by Professor Efraim Centeno.
The talk "Energy Poverty. Who is left behind by energy transition?", given jointly by three members of the Chair of Energy and Poverty: Efraim Centeno (director), José Carlos Romero (coordinator) and Roberto Barrella (PhD candidate), was divided into four parts.
