Degree Certificates and Transcripts Service

The Degree Certificates and Transcripts Service is responsible for managing the process of admission and enrolment of students, the academic management of files, the issuing of academic certificates, the processing and custody of academic records, the processing and issuing of official university qualifications and those of the university itself, and the University's General Registry is located there.

Academic procedures

Current and promoted students at Comillas Pontifical University will be able to access the following resources where they will be able to carry out various academic procedures and formalities on-line.

Academic Certificates / Transcripts

Current, former and promoted students of the University can apply for academic certificates.

Credit Recognition Application Form

Students admitted to the University may apply for the recognition of credits taken at this or another University.

Academic Records' Transfer Request to another University

For any student of the University who wishes to continue here the studies started in another Spanish University.

Disenrollment Request Form

The student, at any time during the academic year, may request to leave the course of his/her own free will or for reasons of force majeure.

Exam Change Request Form

For those students who are 18 credits short of completing their degree.

Special Request for Final Retake Form

In favour of students who have no more than three subjects or no more than eighteen credits left to complete.
