Platforms and formats
It is important to adapt content formats to each social network, making the most of the functionalities of each platform.
Multi-image carousels, reels or 24-hour stories with polls or questions that allow followers to interact.
TikTok
Short and creative videos, transitions and visual effects, duets and collaborations with other users following current trends.
Opinion articles, infographics on professional topics, job offers and internship opportunities, networking events and webinars.
YouTube
Informative and educational videos, interviews, lectures, campus tours and tutorials. It includes the shorts format, which is very similar to TikTok or Instagram reels.
News and events, blog articles, photo galleries, videos and discussion groups.
X (Twitter)
Short news updates, tweets with images and videos, relevant hashtags to increase visibility, questions and answers.
Communicative style
Don't forget that it is important to adapt the style to each platform and audience, but always maintaining coherence in the style used.
Clear and concise
Clear, simple and concise language is used, avoiding technical terms, ambiguous expressions or excessive abbreviations.
Correct and elegant
Spelling, grammar and punctuation are taken care of, maintaining an elegant, careful and comfortable reading style.
Creative and original
We are looking for a creative and original style that attracts the attention of users and differentiates the university.
Frequency of publications
It is advisable to plan the contents before publishing them, so we recommend drawing up a constantly updated publication calendar.
The frequency of publications depends on the needs of each account and the platform on which it is published, but remember to maintain a constant rhythm of publications and never leave the account inactive.
Accounts that have not been updated in six months will be subject to deletion.
Tone of the communication
The tone on social media should reflect our institutional values and our identity as a Catholic school.
