The university has several faculty profiles and other services with a large number of followers where the content can be supported, it is not always necessary to create a profile on a social network.

In the case of wanting to open a profile, the application will be evaluated taking into account several criteria to protect the digital footprint of the university. Once the request has been sent and assessed, the Digital Marketing team will contact the person in charge of the request to process the creation of the profile with all the relevant adjustments.

Alignment with the communication strategy

The proposal must be aligned with the general communication objectives of the university and with the brand image it wishes to project.

Project feasibility

The feasibility of the project in terms of management capacity and potential impact will be analysed.

Consistency with current presence

It will be assessed whether the creation of the account adds value to the university's current social media presence, avoiding duplication or inconsistencies.

Submission of formal applications

In order to open new social media accounts for the Universidad Pontificia Comillas, a formal application must be submitted through Jira.

What should the application include?

  • Social network

    Specify the social network where you want to create the account.
  • Username and password

    Sharing username and password is mandatory.
  • Content plan

    Outline the type of content to be published on the account, and the frequency of publication.
  • Objectives

    Detail the specific objectives pursued by the creation of the account.
