Royal Decree 99/2011, of January 28, which regulates official doctorate programs.

Submit the application form and the rest of the documentation in person or by certified mail to the University's Degree Certificates and Transcripts Service at C/ Alberto Aguilera 23 - 28015 Madrid.
Candidates will be invited to attend a personal interview with the program's Academic Commission.
Study Grant Program for the Official Doctorate Program in International Migration and Development Cooperation. 2015-2016 ACADEMIC YEAR
The University Institute of Studies on Migration at the Comillas Pontifical University offers study grants to students on the Doctorate Program in International Migration and Development Cooperation to contribute to the payment of tuition fees and to provide equal opportunities according to the individualize needs of each student.
All Study Grants cover half of the total tuition fees. Under special agreement with the sponsor, the tuition fees will be completed covered if the student completes the doctorate with a grade of Remarkable (a score of 8) or above. Grant beneficiaries will be subject to the checks considered appropriate by the Study Grant Commission of the University Institute of Studies on Migration, in order to verify their progress on the course.
The grant application must be submitted along with all admission documents to the Registrar.

The Study Grants Commission of the University Institute of Studies on Migration reserves the right to request any documentation deemed necessary to verify the information declared by the student.
Grants will be authorized by the Study Grants Commission in joint agreement with the corresponding sponsor. Grants will be authorized no later than one month after the deadline for grant applications.
