The Degree in ADE in English has been designed at ICADE to provide important competitive advantages to our graduates in a globalized economy. ICADE has created a flexible curriculum to suit your interests and your personal ambition.

The curriculum of the Degree in ADE in English consists of basic and advanced subjects in Marketing, Accounting and Finance, Management and Organization, Economics, Quantitative Methods, of which 75% will be in English. In addition, a second language will be taught. In the final years, you will have the opportunity to specialize in the area of knowledge of your choice.

You will have practical experience in companies and acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to thrive in various professional fields: national and international companies, private and public organizations, or businesses and non-profit entities.

A flexible programme that allows the student to take part of the course at Comillas ICADE and another part abroad. The programme provides the opportunity for a significant number of students to obtain a double degree (in 3rd and 4th year), with Tulane University, Elon University and North Carolina State University; or to take a semester in prestigious international institutions that participate in the exchange programme of the Faculty of Economics and Business Sciences.

Applicant Profile

The Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management is designed for students with a proactive attitude and approach to developing the knowledge and competencies required of professional business managers in a globalized world. As such, mobility and internationalization, together with professional internships in multinational companies, are key pillars of the activities on this course. Students must also be able to evaluate the economic and business world from a critical and holistic perspective, positioning them to become agents of social change.

The Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management provides students with the necessary personal and professional competencies to enable them to develop management positions in the different strategic areas of the company: finance, human resources, marketing, etc. or the public administration. It also provides students with the skills to start their own business.

Moreover, the Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management provides essential knowledge and skills necessary to prosper in different professional environments: national and international: companies, public and private and profit and non-profit organisations.
