E-1 is the beginning of a professional career in which the student can develop and continue in the best national and international law firms, in legal departments of multinational companies, as well as in the public administration, among other professional options. Once the graduate becomes a member of the Spanish Bar and completes the LL.M. in the United States, the student can sit for the Bar exam in the State of New York (except for DePaul College of Law).
Regardless of whether students choose to undertake an LL.M. abroad, students have direct access to prestigious postgraduate programs at Comillas, including both the Official Master's Degree for Admission to the Bar (which qualifies students to work as lawyers under Law 34/2006 and the Royal Decree 775/2011) as well as other Master's Degree programs which form part of the Center for Innovation in Law (CID-ICADE) and ICADE Business School.
The graduate profile of the Bachelor's Degree in Law is determined by the meeting of all the generic and specific skills that are set out in the Degree Review Document. As such, Law graduates receive comprehensive legal training that allows them to qualify as jurists and begin their careers in the field of law.

Our programs, therefore, offer students the chance to spend one or two semesters studying abroad in renowned universities in over 30 countries with which the Faculty of Law has strategic partnerships and exchange agreements.
Internationalization is especially advisable for E-1 students due to the international orientation of this program. Alternatively to an exchange program, E-1 students can undertake an LL.M.
