Human Resources experts discuss the presence of artificial intelligence and new methods of personnel selection in the HR Digital Innovation Hub
What will the human resources of the future be like? What will be valued more at companies? What new technologies will be used by those responsible for personnel selection at companies? Will very specialized profiles be sought after or will the tendency be to seek more generalist profiles? All of this was discussed during the HR Digital Innovation Hub, organized by ICADE Business School and The Key Talent, a business consultancy for human resources. More than 70 Human Resources professionals, most of them former students from well-known companies, were able to verify future trends in the selection of personnel, accompanied by three highly experienced talent management specialists,. This is especially with regard to technology, "which has been incorporated into our everyday reality and which is advancing at a dizzying pace", confirmed José Luis Gugel, Managing Partner of The Key Talent.
