The Observatory for Electric Vehicles and Sustainable Mobility is the first in a Spanish university that promotes studies in this technological field
How can Greenhouse Gas emissions be reduced? Will it be possible to keep the increase in temperatures below two degrees? How to recover the quality of the air? These are some of the issues addressed by the Observatory for Electric Vehicles and Sustainable Mobility (OVEMS) at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICAI-ICADE, a pioneering work group in Spain that has the support of companies such as CEPSA and Iberdrola.
The OVEMS will provide a rigorous data platform, applied research and technical evaluation that will support and go hand-in-hand with the development and viability of electric and sustainable mobility in Spain. All of this comes with the guarantee of the consolidated experience of both the ICAI School of Engineering and the Technological Research Institute (IIT, in Spanish) in the Electric and Energy Sector, and Comillas ICADE in areas of Business, Legislation and Taxes, and the rest of the university in areas such as Sociology and Psychology.
